The purpose of the Krewe is to raise funds for cancer research, cancer education and indigent cancer patient care in the Baton Rouge area. The Krewe raises money for Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center as a means to perpetuate the benefits of its philanthropic activities. This relationship is a win-win situation for all concerned, especially those in need of cancer services in our community.
